At GEFEASOFT, we create healthcare technologies where we mainly focus on surgical oncological simulation systems, physiotherapy support systems and healthcare support systems.

Our company’s main project is being supported by TÜBİTAK (Turkish Research Council) and we are on the lookout for talented game programmers and physics programmers . This is a full-time permanent position based out of GEFEASOFT Headquarters and GEFEASOFT Branch#2 in Muğla, Turkey.

WHAT WE DO
- We develop physics-based hardware integrated surgical oncological simulators.
- We integrate gamification in our simulators.
- We develop gamification based healthcare support systems.
GAME DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement game software for our healthcare projects.
Ensure that the game design is fully implemented.
Create test and validation procedures.
Work closely with our departments.
PHYSICS PROGRAMMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and collaborate with other departments such as design and animation in order to implement complex soft-body features.
Help maintain existing soft-body systems and expand them to support new features and fluid coupling throughout the lifetime of our projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
GAME PROGRAMMER
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar.
- 2+ years industry experience.
PHYSICS PROGRAMMER
Physics, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years industry/academy experience.
SKILLS
GAME PROGRAMMER
- Demonstrable experience in C++ and C#.
- Experience on popular game engines, e.g. Unity or Unreal.
- In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle game programming and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
PHYSICS PROGRAMMER
• Demonstrable experience in C/C++/C#.
• Knowledge of soft body simulations.
• Strong maths skills (linear algebra, trigonometry, matrix/quaternion math).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
PLUSES
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.
- Knowledge of healthcare simulation systems dynamics.
- Experience on popular game engines, e.g. Unity or Unreal
- A video show reel demonstrating your creativity and flair for gameplay programming, preferably with an emphasis on utilizing physics.
